RETURN POLICY:
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Conceptual Site Furnishings pursuant to the terms of its return policy.  Returns are subject to a 30% -100% restocking charge.  Special/custom orders may not be returned.

Order cancellation, governed by the processing stage, will be subject to a charge of 30%-100% to cover partially completed work.  Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Although our products are crafted to endure all the demands required of commercial furnishings, proper care and maintenance ensures its ongoing beauty and durability.

WARRANTY:
Spec something new, and experience the difference.  We take pride in offering not only great design and quality commercial site amenities, but also exceptional service.

All products come with a three-year warranty, and we warrant our stainless steel lines for ten years from the date of invoice.  Moreover, Market umbrellas and Custom products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of invoice.  Our warranty guarantees our site furniture will function free of material and/or workmanship defects for the designated period.  If you should find a problem, Conceptual Site Furnishings, will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price upon inspection by one of our service representatives.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from transit, accident, alteration, or misuse.  Nor does this warranty apply to damage due to normal wear and tear such as dents, nicks, scratches, fading or improper maintenance.
